MEAT DISHES PROGRAMME CHICKEN FILLETS IN YOGHURT BATTER

Pre-set 24 min Ingredients: Four chicken breasts (about 800 g), cornmeal crumbs, salt, cooking spray for coating Marinade: 150 g plain yoghurt or sour cream, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. potato starch, 2 cloves garlic
Recipe: Clean the chicken breasts and cut them through the thickest part to create four evenly thick slices. Mix the marinade ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Season the fillets with salt, place them in the marinade, and leave to marinate in a sealed container in the refrigerator for several hours, ideally overnight. Before placing the fillets in the air fryer, coat them in cornmeal crumbs, lightly drizzle oil over both sides, place them on the rack in the cooking pot, put the pot in the air fryer, and start the programme. Halfway through the cooking time, turn the fillets in the cooking pot, then continue cooking until the programme finishes.
PORK TENDERLOIN WITH BACON

Ingredients: 800 g pork tenderloin, 16 slices streaky bacon, marjoram, pepper, salt Recipe: Season the cleaned tenderloin (with the removed silverskin) with salt and pepper, sprinkle with marjoram, wrap in bacon slices, and tie with kitchen string. Place the meat on the bottom of the cooking pot (without the rack), put the pot in the air fryer, select the programme, manually set the cooking time to 14 minutes, and start the programme. After the programme is complete, let the tenderloin rest in the air fryer for four minutes.
