Pre-set 20 min Ingredients (yields 18 mini, 9 medium, or 5 large muffins): 100 g medium-ground flour, 70 g superfine sugar, 70 ml oil, 70 ml semi-skimmed milk, 20 g vanilla sugar, 1 egg, 1 level teaspoon baking powder, lemon zest, couverture chocolate for garnish, butter for brushing

Recipe: Brush silicone muffin cups with butter. Beat the egg with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the remaining ingredients and beat again. Pour the batter into the cups, then place the cups on the bottom of the cooking pot (without the rack), put the pot in the air fryer, and start the programme. Dip the baked muffins in chocolate and garnish with chopped nuts, dried fruits, or similar toppings.

WALNUT BUNDT CAKE

Manually set 35 min Ingredients: 100 g ground walnuts, 100 g plain flour, 100 g superfine sugar, 100 ml semi-skimmed milk,

50 g sunflower oil, 1 egg, 1 crushed overripe banana, 40 g vanilla sugar, 25 ml rum, 12 g baking powder, a pinch of salt Recipe: Brush a suitably sized Bundt pan with butter and dust with flour. Mix all the dry ingredients, then add the milk, egg, banana, and rum, and beat thoroughly with a whisk to form a smooth batter. Pour the batter into the pan, filling it to no more than halfway. Place the pan filled with batter in the cooking pot (without the rack), select the programme, manually set the cooking time to 35 minutes, and start the programme. After the programme is complete, let the Bundt cake rest in the air fryer for at least five minutes.
