Pre-set 20 min Ingredients: 500 g medium-ground flour, 20 g fresh yeast, 2 eggs, 250 ml lukewarm milk, 100 ml oil, 2 tsp. salt, cooking spray for coating Recipe: Mix the flour with salt, add the yeast, milk, eggs, and oil, and work into a dough. Place the prepared dough in a suitably sized container, lightly dust with flour, and put it in the cooking pot (without the rack). Select the function, manually set the temperature to 30 °C and the cooking time to 1:00 h, then start the function. When the cycle is complete, remove the risen dough from the air fryer, divide it in half, and shape two equally sized dumpling loaves on a flour-dusted pastry board. Place the loaves on the rack in the cooking pot, lined with air fryer parchment paper, ensuring the paper separates them. Lightly coat the dumplings with oil, place them in the air fryer, fill the reservoir with water, and start the programme.
POTATO DUMPLINGS FILLED WITH SMOKED MEAT

Manually set 10 min Ingredients: 200 g diced smoked meat, 400 g potatoes, about 250 g medium-ground flour, 1 egg, 2 level teaspoons salt, cooking spray for coating
Recipe: Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and finely grate them, add salt and the egg, then gradually stir in the flour, spoon by spoon, until the dough is thick (you may need to adjust the amount of flour slightly to achieve the desired consistency). Shape about 16 dumplings from the dough, then fill them with the smoked meat. Place the dumplings on the rack in the cooking pot, lightly coat them with cooking spray, and then put the pot in the air fryer. Select the programme, manually set the cooking time to 10 minutes, fill the reservoir with water, and start the programme.
