STEAMED TROUT

Pre-set 15 min Ingredients: Gutted trout, thyme, parsley, rosemary, salt, pepper, a few drops of lemon juice
Recipe: Remove the head and tail from the cleaned trout. Salt the cavity, season with pepper, and line it with the fresh herbs. Place the prepared trout on the rack in the cooking pot, put the pot in the air fryer, fill the reservoir with water, and start the programme. Sprinkle the trout with a few drops of lemon juice before serving.
POULTRY PROGRAMME (COMBINED PROGRAMME)
CHICKEN WITH BUTTER

Pre-set 58 min Ingredients: 1 small whole chicken (max. 1.2 kg), 6 slices of butter, thyme, salt
Recipe: Create a pocket under the skin on the breast and back of the chicken, and insert the butter slices seasoned with thyme and salt (do not cut the skin – gently loosen it from the meat by sliding your finger under the skin along the neck). Salt the chicken inside and out, and place it back in the cooking pot (without the rack) so that the top does not touch the interior of the air fryer. Place two more slices of butter on top of the chicken, put the pot in the air fryer, fill the reservoir with water, and start the programme. Turn the chicken every 15 minutes during cooking until the programme finishes. When the programme is complete, let the chicken rest in the air fryer for 30 minutes. Useful hint: If you want the chicken to be more golden brown, run the programme after the cooking programme is complete, and set the cooking time manually to 5–10 minutes. CHICKEN ROLL

Pre-set 58 min Ingredients: Whole deboned chicken, 10 slices streaky bacon, 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices butter, pickled cucumbers, 1 fresh sweet pepper, mustard, salt, pepper
Recipe: Place the deboned chicken skin-side down and cut through the meat so it spreads out evenly. Season with salt and pepper, brush with mustard, cover with bacon slices, and spread the scrambled eggs on top. Spread whole pickled cucumbers and sweet pepper slices along the perimeter, then roll the meat. Fix the roll in place with food netting, place it in the cooking pot (without the rack), put it in the air fryer, fill the reservoir with water, and run the programme. Do not turn the chicken roll during cooking.
