Pre-set 15 min Ingredients: Parsley leaves, lovage, nettle, peppermint, balm, or other similar herbs Recipe: Place the herbs on the bottom of the cooking pot, then insert the rack above them. Place the pot in the air fryer and start the function. During the process, aerate the herbs several times by tossing them. Notice: The drying time may vary from the programme-set time depending on the type and amount of herbs. Useful hint: Always use fresh herbs to help preserve their natural colour. Do not rinse the herbs with water before drying. If rinsing is necessary, always dry them thoroughly before placing them in the air fryer.

Ingredients: Fresh fruits suitable for slicing and drying Recipe: Cut the fruits into slices about 5–10 mm thick and spread them evenly on the rack in the cooking pot. Select the function, manually set the temperature to 70 °C and the drying time to 12:00 h, then start the function. Notice: The drying time may vary depending on the type of fruit and its initial water content.
YEAST DOUGH
temperature cooking time Manually set 30 °C Manually set 1 hr Place prepared dough in a suitably sized vessel, put it in the cooking pot (without the rack), and then place the pot in the air fryer. Select the function, manually set the temperature to 30 °C and the time to 1:00 h, then start the function. Notice: The rising time may vary depending on the type of dough used. If the dough or food is low, place it on the rack in the cooking pot. 1 hr
