Normal 20 min Ingredients: 250 g peeled buckwheat (2 measuring cups for rice), 160 ml milk (1 measuring cup), 40 ml maple syrup, 2 tbsp. grated coconut, 20 g vanilla sugar, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, 2 pinches salt Recipe: Thoroughly rinse the buckwheat and pour in 4 measuring cups of water. Start the Porridge programme and cook the buckwheat. After the Cooking cycle has ended, open the pressure cooker and add the remaining ingredients to the cooked buck wheat. Stir thoroughly and serve in dishes. Serve the buckwheat porridge garnished with fruit, chocolate, cocoa or cinnamon and top it with a little melted butter. Useful hint: You can prepare millet porridge in the electric pressure cooker in the same way as the buckwheat porridge (scald the millet with hot water before cooking). OATMEAL PORRIDGE High Less 5 min Ingredients: 200 g rolled oats (2 measuring cups), 160 ml milk (1 measuring cup), 20 g vanilla sugar, 50 g butter, 1 tbsp. honey, salt Recipe: Place 2 measuring cups of rolled oats and 4 measuring cups of water into the cooking pot. Set the lid onto the pressure cooker, start the Porridge programme, set cooking intensity to Less and cook the rolled oats. Open the pressure cooker after the Cooking cycle has ended, add 50 g butter, 1 tbsp. honey, 1 measuring cup milk, vanilla sugar and 2 pinches of salt. Blend everything well and serve in dishes garnished with dried fruit. Useful hint: You can prepare porridge with buckwheat flakes in the same way as with rolled oats.
