Less 5 min Ingredients: 250 ml whipping cream (33% fat), 100 g processed cheese, 2 meat broth cubes, 4 cloves garlic, 2 tbsp. plain flour, 1 l water Recipe: Place 1 l water and the broth cubes into the cooking pot. Start the Sauce programme and set cooking intensity to Less . Separately whip cream, processed cheese and sugar in a dish until smooth and gradually stir the mass into the broth while heat ing it, making sure to avoid lumps. When the sauce starts boiling, add pressed garlic and simmer while stirring occasionally until the programme ends. Useful hint: You can also prepare custard in the electric pressure cooker in the Sauce programme.
SLOW COOK Programme for slowly cooking meat, poultry, fish and vegetables.

Less 2 hrs Ingredients: 4 slices neck of pork, 250 ml whipping cream (33% fat), 200 g grated cheese, a little plain flour, oil for frying, salt and black pepper Recipe: Pound the meat with a meat mallet, season with salt and black pepper and sprinkle with flour. Place oil into the cooking pot, start the Fry programme and set cooking intensity to More . Gradually sauté the meat slices in heated oil on both sides, remove every batch when done and end the Fry programme when finished. Return the sautéed meat slices into the cooking pot with the fat previously used for frying the meat. Pour in the cream and add water so that the meat is almost submerged. Set the lid onto the pressure cooker and start the Slow cook programme, set cooking intensity to Less and cook the pork in cream. Sprinkle the meal with grated cheese on the plate.
