Recipe: Clean the cauliflower, wash, divide into small florets, season with salt and coat in the breadcrumb coating: first in plain flour, then in whipped eggs with a little salt and milk and finally in breadcrumbs. Wait until the text Hot appears on the display and fry the cauliflower florets in the heated oil in batches (every batch 10 to 15 minutes) on all sides. BEAN PANCAKES intensity More Ingredients: 250 g cooked beans (about 2 measuring cups for rice), 3 eggs, 5 cloves garlic, 3 tbsp. plain flour, 1 tsp. caraway seeds, 1 tsp. marjoram, grated cheese for sprinkling, oil for frying, salt and black pepper Recipe: Cook the beans beforehand in the Legumes programme. Strain the cooked beans and place them into a blender. Add 3 eggs, 4 cloves pressed garlic, 3 tbsp. plain flour, 1 tsp. caraway seeds, 1 tsp. marjoram, ¾ tsp. salt, a pinch of black pepper. Blend everything, dilute with milk if the mixture is too thick. Process the mixture into balls and coat them in plain flour. Pour oil into the cooking pot so that the entire bottom of the pot is completely covered, start the Fry programme, set cooking intensity to More and wait until the text Hot appears on the display. Place the bean balls into the hot oil and use a tablespoon to form them into pancakes. Fry the pancakes on both sides. Brush the hot pancakes with crushed salted garlic mixed with oil and water and sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.
