POTATO SALAD WITH YOGURT

Normal 10 min Ingredients: 6 unpeeled potatoes, 2 carrots, 1 parsley, 1 onion, 1 spring onion, 1 small red bell pepper, 2 sterilised cucumbers, 100 g plain yogurt, 1 tbsp. icing sugar, juice from half lemon, salt and black pepper Low
Recipe: Place into the cooking pot thoroughly rinsed unpeeled potatoes, cleaned carrots, parsley and peeled onions inserted in the steamer basket, add 300 ml water and set the lid onto the pressure cooker. Start the Steam programme and cook the potatoes with the vegetables in steam. Peel the potatoes after they have partly cooled down and divide them together with the cooked vegetables. Add other finely chopped ingredients: spring onion, red bell pepper and sterilised cucumbers. Blend in yogurt, salt and black pepper, pour in 160 ml dressing (1 measuring cup) consisting of water with a tablespoon of sugar and lemon juice and stir lightly.

Recipe: Dice the pork, season with salt and black pepper, blend thoroughly and leave to rest in the refrigerator until the next day. The next day place the meat into clean preserving jars and seal the jars. Place baking paper onto the bottom of the cooking pot. Place the sealed jars onto the baking paper and pour water into the pressure cooker up to ¾ of the jars’ height. Set the lid onto the pressure cooker, start the Preserving programme, set cooking intensity to More and adjust the time of the Cooking cycle to 1:00 h . After the programme has ended, remove the jars from the cooking pot and let them rest at room temperature until the next day. Repeat the preservation process the next day.
