PRESERVING OTHER FOOD
Proceed analogously to pork when preserving other food. Make sure that all the jars placed in the cooking pot are submerged in at least 3 cm of water. Set the intensity and preservation time as follows for different kinds of food (see the table):

Useful hint: Before starting to preserve meat, sausages, pâté, etc., add a tablespoon of vinegar to the water in the cooking pot. The jars with preserved food will not be greasy after thermal treatment and you can remove them more easily and safely from the cooking pot.

More 1 hr Ingredients: 200 g ground poppy seeds, 200 g plain flour, 200 g superfine sugar, 200 ml semi-skimmed milk, 100 ml sunflower oil, 2 eggs, 40 g vanilla sugar, 12 g baking powder, 1 tsp. cinnamon, peel from one lemon, pinch of salt Recipe: Grease the bottom of the cooking pot with butter and place a round baking paper onto the greased bottom. Blend all the loose ingredients including the lemon peel in a separate container and process into dough, add milk, oil and eggs and blend everything thoroughly. Pour the mixture into the cooking pot with the baking paper inserted and set the lid onto the pressure cooker. Start the Cake programme, set cooking intensity to More and bake the poppy seed cake.
