Normal 5 min Recipe: Rinse lentils and soak in cold water one hour before cooking. Rinse the lentils again after soaking, place into the cooking pot and pour in water in the ratio 1 : 1. Set the lid onto the pressure cooker, start the Legumes programme, adjust the time of the Cooking cycle to 5 minutes and cook the lentils. PEAS 10 min Recipe: Rinse peas and soak in cold water 6 hours before cooking. Rinse the peas again after soaking, place into the cooking pot and pour in water in the ratio 1 : 1. Set the lid onto the pressure cooker, start the Legumes programme, adjust the time of the Cooking cycle to 10 minutes and cook the peas. BEANS 30 min Recipe: Rinse the beans and soak them over night in cold water. Rinse the beans again after soaking, place into the cooking pot and pour in water in the ratio 1 : 1. Set the lid onto the pressure cooker, start the Legumes programme and cook the beans. CHICKPEAS 40 min Recipe: Rinse chickpeas and soak over night in cold water. Rinse the chickpeas again after soaking, place into the cooking pot and pour in water in the ratio 1 : 2 (chickpeas : water).
