Normal 35 min Ingredients: 1 kg stewing beef steak cut into chunks, 800 g cut onions, 100 g pork fat, 200 ml oil, 6 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp. caraway seeds, 1 tbsp. plain flour, 1 tbsp. ground sweet pepper, 2 tsp. marjoram, 2 bay leaves, 2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. icing sugar, ground black pepper Recipe: Put 100 ml oil into the cooking pot, add pork fat and cut onions. Start the Fry programme, set cooking intensity to More . Remove the onions when fried and set aside. Put the remaining 100 ml oil into the cooking pot and wait until the oil is heated. Add caraway seeds to the meat cut to approximately 3 x 3 cm chunks, sauté in the heated oil, sprinkle with sweet red pepper, season with salt and black pepper and add the fried onions. Whip a tablespoon of flour in 500 ml water and add it to the sautéed meat. Thoroughly stir the mixture and end the Fry programme. Add bay leaf and pressed garlic to the sautéed meat. Set the lid onto the pressure cooker, start the Meat/Stew programme and cook goulash. Open the pressure cooker after the Cooking cycle has ended and season the goulash with marjoram and sugar before serving. High
