Normal 12 min Recipe: Place 4 to 16 measuring cups of rice, rinse with water several times and strain. Add the required amount of water so that the water level reaches the mark corresponding to the number of measuring cups with rice placed into the pressure cooker as shown in the right section of the scale (cup) . Season with salt as required and stir using the rice ladle. Set the lid onto the pressure cooker, start the Rice programme and cook. Useful hint: For a firmer rice cooked to “al dente”, set cooking intensity to Less , for a softer rice set cooking intensity to More ; see the table with an overview of programmes in the Instructions for use. More 15 min Ingredients: 4 measuring cups of rice, 4 large sliced champignons, 1 finely chopped onion, 2 cloves garlic, 30 ml olive oil, 30 g butter, strong vegetable stock, fresh thyme leaves, finely grated parmesan Recipe: Place into the cooking pot finely chopped onion, pressed garlic, butter and oil. Start the Fry programme, set intensity to Less and lightly simmer the onion and garlic. Add rinsed rice, chopped champignons and add stock up to the ”cup 4” mark. Blend the ingredients in the cooking pot well and set the lid onto the pressure cooker. Start the Rice programme, set cooking intensity to More and cook the risotto. Garnish the risotto with fresh thyme leaves and finely grated parmesan before serving. Low
