Steam functions

Draining Water Quickly drains residual water from the system after using any Steam Fry programme and after using the Self-Clean function. Self-Clean Automatically cleans the system and the air fryer’s interior, including the cooking pot and rack, when heavily soiled (heavy grease, charred food, and similar residues).

The Draining Water function operates without steam and has a pre-set time that cannot be changed manually. The Self-Clean function operates with steam and has a pre-set time that cannot be changed manually.

Steam Fry and combined mode

BEFORE FIRST USE Unpack the appliance and remove all transport packaging, including any adhesive tape securing the cooking pot on the side of the appliance. Press the lock on the handle, remove the cooking pot (1), and place the unpacked rack inside the cooking pot so that its raised edges face upwards (2). Push the cooking pot back into the air fryer until the lock clicks into place.
