A 250 gwhite tofu, 150ml soymilk, 50 g icing sugar, 150 g strawberries, 20 g finely grated ginger Mix all ingredients except for milk in a processor until smooth, addmilk and stir. Leave the ice creammixture to cool and prepare in the ice creammaker.
