CHARACTERISTICS Luxurious kitchen cookware with a revolutionary system of steam control and straining. Unique glass-stainless steel covers with 3 working positions: 1. NO HOLE FOR STEAM in order to reach boil quickly and warm up food while saving energy, 2. SMALL HOLE FOR STEAM for comfortable cooking without overboiling and for straining vegetables cut into small pieces, 3. LARGE HOLE FOR STRAINING potatoes and pasta and for intense cooking without overboiling. The covers can be placed in the grips; steam runs back into the vessel. Made of high-grade stainless steel 18/10, cookware ULTIMA has solid grips of resistant plastic that do not burn if used properly. All the vessels have a scale for measuring out. Cookware ULTIMA has an extra thick sandwich bottom. Heat is transferred from the cooker into the vessels continuously without variation and evenly throughout the bottom. Cooking is easier, without unwanted overcooking. The sandwich bottom has excellent heat retaining properties, which economise on energy. The cooker can be switched off before the end of cooking and the cooker remains efficient even if set to a low output. Food left in the vessels preserves its temperature for a long time. Cookware ULTIMA is made to meet the demands of intense and prolonged use and the highest demands placed on healthy, comfortable and economic cooking. Cookware ULTIMA is suitable for all types of cookers: gas, electric, vitro-ceramic and induction cookers.

DEEP POTS AND CASSEROLES ULTIMA Four pluses for cooking

1. NO HOLE FOR STEAM Reaching boil quickly and warming up food while saving energy

To reach boiling point quickly and to warm up food while saving energy, place the cover onto the vessel so that the protruding ends of the handle are directed to the position on the grips of the vessel (pic. 1). Set the cooker to medium or higher output. When the generated steam begins to escape under the stainless steel rim of the cover, turn the cover to the position or to the position or reduce the heat output of the cooker (pic. 2, 3).
