Air fryer with steam function PRESIDENT - instructions
Temperature and Cooking Time Adjustment For certain programmes and functions, you can manually adjust the pre-set temperature and cooking time. To adjust the pre-set temperature and cooking time, touch the Manual Temperature Setting or Manual Cooking Time Adjustment button, and adjust the temperature and/or cooking time using the -/+ buttons. Useful hint: You can speed up temperature and cooking time adjustments by pressing and holding the -/+ button Launching a Programme/Function Touch the Start button to launch the desired programme or function. Heating will commence, food will start to cook, and the display will count down the set time. Lighting To illuminate the interior of the air fryer, touch the Lighting button at any time during use (touch the button again to turn the lighting off ). Programme/Function Interruption – Inspecting and Handling Food During Cooking During cooking, it is often necessary – especially with Air Fry programmes – to inspect the food in the air fryer one or more times, adjust or redistribute it in the cooking pot, apply another layer of oil, and perform similar operations. Therefore, in all Air Fry programmes, an audible signal (three beeps) will sound halfway through the set cooking time; in the Poultry combined programme, the signal will sound every 15 minutes. This indicates the appropriate time to inspect and adjust the food. Pull the cooking pot out of the air fryer, and the running programme or function will be interrupted. After inspecting and adjust ing the food, insert the cooking pot back into the air fryer. The interrupted programme or function will resume automatically, and the food will finish cooking in the remaining time. Programme/Function Auto-Stop When the set time elapses, the running programme or function will end automatically. Heating will switch off, an audible signal (three beeps) will sound, the End text will be displayed, and the air fryer will enter standby mode after about 30 seconds. Once the air fryer enters standby mode, pull out the cooking pot and collect the cooked food using a suitable tool. Notice: Use protective equipment when handling hot food. The cooking pot becomes hot during use – risk of scalding! Always place the cooking pot on a surface protected by a heat-resistant pad. Notice: During cooking, a small amount of condensed steam may form as moisture under or around the air fryer. This is a natural effect of cooking (especially Steam Fry), does not constitute a defect, and cannot be claimed. Useful hint: If needed, the running programme or function can be ended manually at any time by pressing and holding the Start button. Warming To quickly warm food in the cooking pot to serving temperature, touch the Warming button, then the Start button. The Air Fry mode will start, and the food in the cooking pot will be warmed to serving temperature. Heating will switch off when the set cooking time elapses, and the function will end automatically. Drying & Dough Rising To evenly dry food or rise dough in the cooking pot, touch the Drying & Dough Rising button, then the Start button. The Air Fry mode will start, and the food will dry or proof for the set time. Heating will switch off when the cycle is complete, and the function will end automatically. Draining Water To quickly drain residual water from the system, touch the Draining Water button, then the Start button. The function drains all excess water and moisture from the system into the residual water tray. The function will end automatically when the cycle is complete. Notice: Always use the Draining Water function after finishing cooking with the Steam Fry programmes and after using the Self Clean function. When the cycle is complete, check the residual water tray and, if necessary, remove it from the air fryer and empty it.
