Instructions for use Thoroughly wash and dry the new pan. Wipe the glass bottom and walls of the pan with cooking fat before each use. Do not place the pan into a heated oven after removing it from the refrigerator. Do not overheat an empty pan. Suitable for electric, gas and hot-air ovens. Resistant up to 250 °C. Notice: Do not use the pan with glass bottom for very thin batter. Cleaning Leave to cool entirely before washing, avoid abrasive cleaning agents, scourers and sand-based agents; leave to soak if excessively dirty. Dishwasher safe, although you should reduce or eliminate dishwashing in order to preserve perfect performance and appearance. 3-year warranty The warranty never covers defects due to improper use incompatible with the Instructions for use and mechanical damage of the glass bottom and non-stick coating – scratches, etc. Recipe Cake base Ingredients: 4 eggs, 560 g medium ground flour, 420 ml milk, 400 g superfine sugar, 240 ml oil, 20 g vanilla sugar, 16 g baking powder. Useful hint: For the best result, we recommend pre-warming all the ingredients to room temperature before processing. Recipe: Briefly whip eggs with superfine sugar and vanilla sugar. Gradually blend in oil, milk and finally flour mixed with baking powder while whipping constantly. Blend everything thoroughly. Transfer the dough into the pan brushed with oil and dusted with flour. Bake for approx. 80 minutes at 170 °C.
