A Batter for ice creamwafers Ingredients for 7–8 cones or cups: 85 g icing sugar, 40 g plainwheat flour, 2 eggwhites from large eggs, 30 gmelted butter, ½ tsp. vanilla extract, pinch of salt

Batter instructions: Blend egg whites with sugar and vanilla extract (do not whip!), add flour andmelted butter and process into a smooth batter; leave the batter to rest for approx. 30minutes.
