Rice pot PURITY MicroWave
a Rice pudding 2 servers rice (160 g), 2 servers milk (150 ml), 3 servers water (225 ml), 30 g butter, 1 egg yolk, 1 tbsp raisins, sherry for soaking the raisins, seeds from 1 vanilla pod, sugar, orange, 1 lemon peel, whole cinnamon Rinse and strain the rice, pour in 3 servers of water, add whole cinnamon, put the lid on and cook for about 10 minutes in a microwave oven set to 400W. Remove the cinnamon from the rice, add milk, seeds from vanilla pod and lemon peel and cook for 5 more minutes at 400W with the lid on. Finally stir raisins previously soaked in sherry, together with butter, sugar and egg yolk into the pudding and cook for about 2 more minutes in a microwave oven set to 400W. Serve the rice pudding decorated with orange segments.
