A INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS pursuant to EN 12778 1. Thoroughly study the Instructions for use before first use. 2. Do not leave the pressure cooker unattended during the cooking process and do not use it for anything other than cooking. 3. Inspect the valves and the other cut-outs for functioning before use. 4. Do not touch the hot parts of the pressure cooker while cooking. 5. Prevent children from coming near the pressure cooker while you are cooking in it. 6. Fill the pressure cooker to a maximum of 2/3 vessel capacity. 7. Fill the pressure cooker up to 1/4 vessel capacity when cooking food that tends to swell. 8. Before opening the pressure cooker after cooking pasta and food that tends to swell during the cooking process, shake the pressure cooker after releasing all pressure. 9. Never cook without water in the pressure cooker. 10. Do not put food wrapped in fabric, paper or plastic into the pressure cooker. 11. Never pierce meat while the skin is swollen – risk of scalding.
12. Never apply force when opening the pressure cooker. 13. Do not use the pressure cooker in the oven and for frying.
