Electric egg boiler PRESIDENT
Switch on the manual operation mode by setting the control to the position. Heating will be switched on and continue until all water in the reservoir has evaporated. Intermittent signal will then sound and the manual operation mode will end automatically. To switch off the sound, set the control to the position. Quick switch off during boiling Set the switch to the position to immediately switch off heat during a running programme or in the manual boiling mode. Removing and carrying boiled eggs When boiled, remove the eggs together with the cover and tray from the boiler and transfer them to a mat. Attention! Always remove the cover with vents for steam and boiling tray with freshly boiled eggs from the boiler only by holding the grips on the sides (4). All other parts of the cover and the boiling tray are hot! Be extra careful or use thermal protective aids (oven mitt and heatproof mat) when removing and collecting the cover and the tray. Ending the boiling process Set the control to the position to stop boiling. If you do not use the egg boiler for a prolonged period, disconnect it from the grid. Cleaning If scale accumulates on the water reservoir with heating surface, remove it using a standard cleaning agent with an active component for removing scale. Clean the base of the egg boiler with a moistened cloth and dry. Do not wash under running water or in dishwasher. Clean the tray, the removable cover and the measuring container for water with cap under running water. They are dishwasher safe. Storage and maintenance Store the egg boiler in a dry place, with the power cord wound in the bottom of the base. Store the measuring container inside the egg boiler, with the cap on (5). Do not repair a faulty egg boiler yourself; instead contact a TESCOMA service centre; for contact details, see www.tescoma.com .
