SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Carefully read and keep the Instructions for use before use. The appliance may only be used with an electric power supply of 230 V. It is intended for non-commercial, domestic use only. Do not use outdoors. Connect the appliance to a properly installed protective contact socket. Use the appliance only on a flat working surface. Use only the folding handle to move the appliance; the lid may become hot during use. Steam escapes from the appliance when the lid is open—handle with extra caution to avoid burns. Keep the appliance away from heat sources, direct sunlight, humidity (never immerse it in any liquid), and sharp edges. Do not touch the appliance with wet hands in use. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately. When cleaning or putting it away, switch off the appliance and always pull out the plug from the socket (pull the plug itself not the lead). Use only original accessories. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children under 8 years of age. Children may not play with the appliance. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
