For setting the next personal profile, press the Up button after switching the scale on; the last profile used will be shown on the display. The next profile will be shown after pressing the Up button, e.g. P–02 . Press Save and enter the age, height and gender of the next user using the above procedure. This way you can create profiles of up to 10 household members. Weighing with diagnostic features Before each weighing with diagnostic features, select the desired personal profile using the Up button.

The scale will replay the data set in the profile and switch to the weighing mode with diagnostic features in the selected profile.

NOTICE: For the diagnostic features to operate correctly, it is always necessary to step on the scale with your bare feet.

Step on the scale so that both your forefeet rest on the measurement electrodes and stay still.

The scale will show your body weight and then measure the diagnostic data. After the end of measurement, the scale will progressively show the following data:

BF – Fat percentage in total body weight. BW –Water percentage in total body weight. MUS – Muscle mass percentage in total body weight. BOM – Body tissue weight in kg.

KCAL – Basal metabolic rate – daily amount of energy expended while at rest, shown in kilocalories (kcal). BMI – Body mass index – indicator for underweight, normal body weight, overweight and obesity in adults (in children and active athletes the BMI measured may show inaccuracies).
